Size: Length - 6m, Width - 2.45m and Clear Height – 2.3m

The Steel Frame Specifications: The Primary support frames are mild steel made from cold rolled, welded steel profiles, 4mm thickness for the Main frames and 3mm thickness for the sub frames.

1. Roof Frames: Main Frames – 120 x 60mm and sub frame supports 90x40mm

2. Walls Columns: 120x 60mm bolted to the beams at roof and floor levels.

3. Floor / Base Frames: 120x80mm main frames and 90x40mm sub frame joints.

4. Paint Finish: All steel sections are wire brushed and protected with one coat of epoxy red oxide and two coat of Alkyd based gloss paint.

 Roof Finishing :  

1. Roof Top covering:    The top cover is 0.5mm single skin polyester finish profile GI sheet fixed to the roof frames. The Polyester coating to the sheet is 25 to 30 micron on the exposed surface and 5 to 7 micron on the inner surface

2. Insulation     : 50mm thick glass wool insulation of density 30kg/m3 with fire rating placed between the roof support frames.

3. The Roof Inner cover / Ceiling: The ceiling is 9mm thick Cement Fiber Boards fixed to the roof support frames. The surface is with water based emulsion pain finish.

4. Wall Panel and Finishing: The wall is made of 50mm thick PU injected composite sandwich panels with 0.5mm thick powder coated low ribbed GI sheet to the external and 0.42m thick powder coated smooth finish to the internal. The panels are with Double tongue groove systems to ensure firm interlocking between panels and also to maintain dimensional accuracy. This eliminates risk of thermal bridging and also provides air tight joint between the panels. The wall heat transmission coefficient K value is 0.38Kcal/.m2.

 Floor Finishing :

1. Floor Top covering:    The top finish is 2mm PVC flooring on the surface of 16mm thick Cement Fiber board with glued and welded connections. 5cm height black PVC skirting is fixed in all sides.

2. Insulation     : 50mm thick glass wool insulation of density 30kg/m3 with fire rating placed between the floor support frames.

3. The floor Bottom cover: The floor bottom cover is 9mm thick Cement Fiber Boards fixed to the bottom support frames. . 

4. Doors: Single Leaf Hinged Aluminium Door consisting of 50mm thick Sandwich panel with complete ironmongeries Handles and Locks. Insulated with PU fire rated insulation. Door Leaf size: 900mm x 2100mm and clear opening dimensions of 808×2030mm, Furnished with a handle lock with 3 keys. All are white Powder coated finish.

5. Windows: Size 800 x 1000mm. Aluminium Sliding Window with one fixed and one sliding panel made of clear 6mm glass and a framed fly screen, reverse angle with complete ironmongery locks and hinges. Double Glazed Window with 5mm glass and 9mm gap and 5mm glass can be done if required by the customer. Finish White Powder Coated finish.

6. Electrical Systems: Approved Electrical materials and international brands will be used for the electrical conduit and wiring and accessories. The following provisions will be made.

• 13 Amps switched single Power Socket - 2nos
• Lighting – 2x36w Tube Fittings with cover – 2nos
• AC Power Socket – 15amps – 1no
• External Door Light – 1no
• Distribution Board
• Further items as per the client’s requirements.
